AquaAudit support is handled through this public support page. The app does not require an account, and no personal email address is published in the app or App Store metadata.
When requesting help through App Store support channels, include your device model, iOS version, the app version, and a short description of what happened.
Privacy Policy
AquaAudit is built as an offline-first field documentation tool. No account is required, and the app has no developer backend, ads, analytics SDK, or tracking SDK.
AquaAudit Pro and subscriptions
Free users can create a limited number of PDF reports each month. AquaAudit Pro requires a separate in-app purchase and unlocks unlimited branded PDF reports.
AquaAudit Pro may be offered as an annual auto-renewable subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase where available. Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, and purchase confirmation are shown by the App Store before purchase.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Terms of Use
AquaAudit uses Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.
What the app stores
- Audit/customer/property details you enter are stored locally on your device.
- Photos you choose for report evidence are used locally inside your audit reports.
- PDF reports are generated on your device and only leave the device if you choose to share/export them through iOS.
Data collection
The developer does not collect, receive, sell, or track your audit data, customer details, property notes, photos, or PDF reports.
Third parties
AquaAudit does not include advertising networks, third-party analytics, or external account services. If you export or share a PDF using Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, or another iOS share destination, that destination is controlled by you and governed by that service’s privacy terms.
